| 1. I am not sure how do I order a kitchen. Can you help? |
Yes. We have a dedicated team of people ready to answer all your kitchen queries. You can come to our store within our opening hours to get a professional advice from our kitchen designers, write us on info@brw-furniture.co.uk or call us on 020 8830 5544 and we will put you through to someone who will be able to answer your questions.
| 2. Do I have to make an appointment to see one of your kitchen designers? |
It is not necessary to make an appointment if you wish to visit our store during the week, however if you want to speak to one of our kitchen designers at a weekend it is strongly recommended to make an appointment by calling our office on 020 8830 5544 or e-mailing us on info@brw-furniture.co.uk .This is because discussing a kitchen design may easily take up to an hour so it is important to book the time to make your visit hassle-free. At the time of booking an appointment please ask for a free catalogue to be posted to your address if you have not already got one.
| 3. Do I need to prepare for the appointment? Is there anything I should bring with me?. |
What is really important to have when you come to see us for the first time to discuss your kitchen design is to have your kitchen room previously measured up. Do not worry, we do not expect a professional measurement with all angles and curves the walls may have. To start with we need just a rough idea of what your current kitchen is like. If you bring with you a drawing of the kitchen room showing how wide and high the walls are and indicating where windows and doors are it will be good enough. Also, it is helpful if you tell us the distance from the floor to the window and measure up any windows and doors (height and width). Please have a think which appliance you want to keep and which one you would like to replace with a new one. If there is a gas point/ water point / main power point in the kitchen please make a note of it on your drawing.
| 4. Have you got a guide explaining how to measure up the kitchen? |
Please click here to open a PDF file that may help in measuring up the kitchen room. It is a printable version. If you experience any problems opening the file please download Adobe Reader for FREE from http://www.adobe.com/
Yes, we do. We can arrange for a designer to visit you at your property to professionally measure up your kitchen, discuss any of your kitchen queries and supply you with a design for a charge of £200.00 (on selected kitchen ranges and for all postcodes within M25 only) The measurement service charge will be refunded in full if you place an order with us (providing that the dimensions of your kitchen stay the same). Please call us on 020 8830 5544 to book the measurement service. At the time of booking please ask for a free catalogue to be posted to your address if you have not already got one.

If you like the design and you know you will go with us, you can now place the order by paying 50% Deposit of the total estimated price. We will then arrange for our designer to go to see your kitchen room, professionally measure up the kitchen and make changes in the design if necessary. There are usually very little changes in the design at this stage. You will be given the final price after the designers visit and we will update the remaining payment by issuing a debit/credit note if necessary.

Because kitchen that you are buying is a product which is made to order it is necessary to discuss all important issues regarding the order before you sign final documentation.
